Guide of digest preparation

A digest of 3-5 pages (including figures, tables and an abstract of 50-100 words) submitted to the conference tracks or the special sessions should clearly state the objective of the paper, outline the problem requiring solution and/or the method of approach to research, provide the typical results and summarize the conclusions.
All submissions should be written in English and must be electronically submitted in PDF format.
Please use the A4 2-column IEEE format and follow the MS Word or LaTeX template which can be found in
The templates can also be directly downloaded from this page, by clicking the link below.
All submitted digests (including those of both regular tracks and special sessions) will be peer-reviewed in order to ensure the highest technical quality of the conference.
Digests which are shorter than 3 pages or longer than 5 pages, or, which do not follow the format shown in the template, could be directly rejected.
Full papers should have no more than 6 pages. Over-page will be charged. This is a rule by the IEEE-VTS Vehicle Power and Propulsion – Standing Advisory Committee (VPP-SAC). This rule is to make it easier for authors to extend their papers by >50% and resubmit to the special section of the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology.
